Freddy Soto has been a boxing trainer since 2000, but has been successfully training himself since the early 1990's. He is a 2-time Golden Gloves Champion which he earned in 1995 and 1997 and in 2005 he became the New York State Light Weight Champion. Besides personal training, Freddie has taught Advanced Boxing at some of New York City's most exclusive health clubs. His personally designed small group training class called Extreme Fitness has been described in the company brouchures of West Village's Printing House Fitness and Squash Club as one of the clubs "extremely successfull and popular" classes in it's history.
Freddie Soto has been involved in sports and fitness over 30 years. He started playing peewee league baseball at 5 years old, boxing at age 14, first as an amateur where he captured two (2) New York City Golden Gloves. Professional Boxing began at 19 years old and in 2005 Freddy won the New York state lightweight title. Today he is a succesful personal trainer with clients in Manhattan as well as the surrounding boroughs.
Freddy Soto is educated by the institution of NASM, NSCH, TRX, Kettle Bell expert and stretch certified by Vincent Metzo of the Swedish Institute. Throughout his jouney of sports and fitness he has worked hands on and learned his skill for unique program design from renowned celebrity trainer Joseph Maysonett, David Honin, Sports specific coaches Ben Velasquez, Jayson Onsrued and Cedrick Stewart. Legendary fight trainer Phil Borgia, Buddy McQuirt and Victor Macado. Freddy's experience is well rounded and that of substance to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Today Soto is the successful owner of The Last Round, a private training fitness facility tucked away in the heart of midtown-south Manhattan. The three level fitness club is equipped with the latest excersise equipment and has two professional Boxing Rings. Licensed profesional trainers make up the staff and the gym offers multiple daily small group boxing classes as well as One-on-One Training catering to professional boxers as well as regular New Yorkers looking for a good workout.
